This turbocharger model has been in large-scale serial production since 2011. It operates reliably and efficiently over the long term even at high exhaust gas temperatures. The 1.0-liter threecylinder Ford EcoBoost engine equipped with this turbocharger model has repeatedly been honored since 2012 as International Engine of the Year at the International Engine + Powertrain of the Year Awards. It has also won awards in the under 1 liter and under 150 hp classes.
